Fort Wayne Cultural Affairs, Inc. is a full-time arts organization operating on a year-round basis. Our activities include the annual presentation of an unprecedented calendar of diverse cultural events, innovative arts programming, popular and traditional musical entertainment. Additionally, our full-time commitment to this agenda creates a convenient and unique forum for an ever changing roster of special programming in all areas of arts and culture An important function of our agenda places a special emphasis on creating unique opportunities for arts education and helping to create an awareness of the arts by young people in the community.

Fort Wayne Cultural Affairs. is a non-profit, Indiana Corporation established on July 10, 1996. The company was formed as Fort Wayne Music Fest, Inc. We began operating in the summer of 1997. The success of our programming and the overwhelming positive responses confirmed there was a desire in the community for the activities we were proposing. We expanded our programming schedule to include several summer and fall events which garnered an equally favorable response. The decision was made to expand our agenda and create a more ambitious purpose for the company. After a temporary hiatus to restructure and redesign, this next phase of our evolution is realized with the new company name and our expanded agenda. The company has a tax-exempt 501c3 public service corporation designation. Fort Wayne Cultural Affairs was formed for the purpose of producing musical, arts and cultural events, community festivals and special events in the Fort Wayne area. Additionally, Fort Wayne Cultural Affairs provides a forum for a wide variety of events and activities not generally represented in mainstream, commercial ventures Event sites showcase Fort Wayne's public parks, public spaces, live entertainment venues, local landmarks and tourist attractions..
